From the moment you start your trip until your child gets into the vehicle, you see every step in real time. No calling the school, no messaging the teacher.
Your child, released only to you (or who you authorize)
Bluetooth verification confirms your vehicle is physically at the gate. Only the people you've authorized can pick up your child. If a guardian isn't on your list, the system won't release the student.
Privacy you control
You decide who sees your location and when. GPS only activates when you start a pickup trip. Once the pickup is complete, tracking stops. Safe Pickup does not track your location outside active trips.
Your whole family, in one place
Add your partner, a grandparent, or a trusted driver as authorized guardians. Each uses their own account. If someone else is picking up today, you'll know.
How to get started as a parent
1. Your school invites you
The school sends you an invitation from their Safe Pickup dashboard. You receive a link via email or notification.
2. Download the app and create your account
Available on the App Store and Google Play. Your account is automatically linked to your child and school.
3. Set up additional guardians
Invite your partner, a relative, or a frequent driver. Each gets their own invitation and credentials.
4. Start using Safe Pickup
On your next pickup, start your trip in the app. The rest is automatic.
Questions parents ask us
Can the school see my location all the time?
No. GPS only activates when you voluntarily start a pickup trip. Once the pickup is complete, tracking stops. You're in control.
What if I don't have data or a signal?
The app works with mobile data or WiFi. In low-signal areas, the system keeps the last known state and updates as soon as the connection returns.
Can I authorize someone else for a one-time pickup?
Yes. You can add additional guardians permanently or authorize specific pickups from the app.
