Safe and efficient school pickup, in 4 steps
Step 1 — The parent starts the trip
When an authorized parent or guardian heads toward the school, the app activates GPS tracking. The school receives an automatic alert when the vehicle enters a 700-meter geofenced zone.
Step 2 — The school prepares the student
School staff get the notification and ready the student for dismissal. Meanwhile, GPS updates the parent's location in real time and confirms arrival within a 20-meter zone: the school knows exactly when the vehicle is at the gate.
Step 3 — Secure verification at the gate
Upon arrival, the system verifies identity via Bluetooth 2FA — it confirms the authorized vehicle is physically present. Staff release the student only to the verified guardian. No manual checks or phone calls needed.
Step 4 — Pickup confirmed and recorded
The pickup is logged with date, time, and authorized person. The history is stored for school audit and parent peace of mind. The full cycle — from alert to handover — completes in minutes.
What about morning drop-off?
Safe Pickup also handles morning student drop-offs. The parent notifies arrival, staff receives the student, and confirms entry into the school. Same flow, same security.
